We offer a 30-day return window for unworn items in their original packaging. Please visit our Returns Portal to start your request and receive a prepaid shipping label.

To maintain the quality of your slippers, we recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid machine washing or direct heat sources, as these can damage the natural fibers.
